my Background
I am a User Experience (UX) expert, with experience in research, design, writing, and strategy. I have over ten years’ experience working with digital user experiences.
My specialities:
- User experience design, research, and strategy
- Human- and service-centered design
- Writing and communication (UX writing for products, websites, case studies, research insights, and more)
I work for a global health company that provides products and services to the biopharmaceutical industry. In my current role as UX Research & Insights Manager, I conduct user research projects for our digital platform. I also communicate research findings to the larger marketing organisation, to increase internal understanding of user needs and/or issues.
My Skills
I provide a diverse range of services and skills, including:
- Website performance analytics
- Prototype/wire-frame development
- Persona and user journey mapping
- UX workshops (Design sprints, Impact Mapping, etc.)

I am passionate and enthusiastic about my work, and my productivity flourishes in fast-paced, solutions-oriented environments where I can demonstrate my natural leadership skills by bringing people and ideas together successfully.
I have lived and worked in more than ten countries and traveled even more widely. I am fluent in English, French, and Swedish, with a working knowledge of a few other languages.

An avid writer and reader, I write to simplify complex ideas, articulate user needs, tell stories, and untangle my thoughts to make sense of them. My goal is to inspire empathy and familiarity through my writing.
